Parking options were frustrating. the hotel's lot felt cramped, and the alternative multistory next door was a better choice but charged extra. Sound travels easily, so be prepared for creaky floors and potential disturbances from neighboring rooms.

Had a blast with friends! We enjoyed exploring the New Forest and even tried the Go Ape course – such an adrenaline rush! The hotel location is super convenient, with interesting local spots just a short walk away. Staff were great and really helpful, which made our stay even better. Breakfast was top-notch, too!

The only downside was the bathroom situation. It felt cramped and the shower area was a bit too small and poorly designed. Definitely needs some improvement.

I stayed in a lovely Privilege Room, and it was really cozy. The bed was super comfortable, and the room had a nice size to it. Decor was charming, giving off a unique vibe. Although the furniture was a tad old, it didn't bother me much. The biggest downside was the noise from nearby nightlife, but they provided earplugs, which was thoughtful! it made for a pleasant stay.
